The challenge

The sales team needed CEOs, founders and directors of thousands of exhibiting companies. Doing this by hand would take months per fair.

The solution

The pipeline reads each fair's public exhibitor directory, visits company websites, searches for senior leaders through search APIs, filters out non-names and classifies each company as a manufacturer, distributor, importer or retailer. The output is two clean Excel files per fair.
